2. Services: We provide a platform for connecting buyers and sellers of equipment and may also facilitate transportation services. Our role is that of an intermediary, and we do not take ownership of any equipment or transportation assets.

3. Fees: A service fee is charged for using our services. This fee may vary based on the transaction value, type of equipment, or the nature of the transportation services arranged. Detailed fee structures are available on our website or upon request.

We do not guarantee the condition of any equipment or the reliability of transportation services brokered through our platform or services.

6. Intellectual Property: All content provided on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by TriStar Equipment Trader or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to our services without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Refund Policy

   1. General Conditions: Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:

  • Cancellation of services before the execution of any transaction.

  • In cases where the brokered service did not commence as agreed upon.

  • Overpayment or billing errors.

   2. Refund Process: To request a refund, users must submit a claim via our support email at             TriStar@tristarxgroup.com. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the     right to approve or deny refund requests in our sole discretion.

   3. Time Frame: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the claim being accepted.     Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

   4. Exceptions: No refunds will be given once a transaction has been completed or the brokered     service has commenced. In the case of disputes, users are encouraged to contact our customer     service to find a resolution.

8. Changes to Terms and Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and the Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
